Due to the restructuring, I am now responsible for managing Rutgers and legacy UMDNJ departmental staff. How will I keep track of my budgets?
Until Rutgers is combined onto a single enterprise resource planning system (within the next two years), the university will continue managing budgets in both the Rutgers Integrated Administrative System and Banner. If you manage a budget within central services, you will be receiving communication from the Office of University Budget and Resource Studies. Please contact Andy Rosenau (arosenau@rutgers.edu) with further questions.

After July 1, 2013, will employees who transfer from UMDNJ to Rutgers still be required to take the training required under the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) between the federal government and UMDNJ?

What arrangements are being made for the purchase, lease, maintenance, and insurance of vehicles in departments that migrate to Rutgers?
Those units transferring from UMDNJ to Rutgers will continue to be responsible for their own vehicle needs, including purchasing, leasing, and maintenance.
